Getting Started with CareNote

1. Account Creation

To begin using CareNote, navigate to the registration URL provided above. You will be presented with a sign-up form requiring your personal details:

  • Name: Enter your full name.
  • Email Address: Provide a valid email address that will be associated with your CareNote account.
  • Password: Create a secure password.

After filling out this information, proceed by clicking the 'Sign up' button.

2. Primary Account Setup

CareNote supports multi-tenancy, which allows you to manage multiple accounts under a single user profile. Upon signing up, you will be prompted to create a primary account. Provide a unique name for this account to help distinguish it from others you may create in the future.

3. Welcome and Initial Setup

The welcome screen introduces you to CareNote's initial setup options. You have the choice to:

  • Start CareNote without importing data, ideal for new users without pre-existing records.
  • Import data from existing church management systems such as Planning Center Online (PCO) or Breeze.

Select your preferred method to proceed.

4. Starting with CareNote

Upon completing the import process or choosing to start without importing, you are ready to dive into the CareNote interface and begin using its features.

Welcome Email and Trial Information

A welcome email is automatically sent to the email address you registered with, containing important information:

  • Dashboard Access: A direct link to your CareNote Owner's dashboard.
  • Explore Features: Encouragement to explore the intuitive interface and powerful tools available.
  • Guided Tour and Help Center: Recommendations to start with the guided tour and to utilize the Help Center for support.

After the 7-Day Free Trial

  • Subscription Required: At the end of your free 7-day trial, you must subscribe to a plan to continue using CareNote.
  • Extended Trial: Upon subscribing, your trial will extend for an additional 21 days.
  • Discounted Subscription: After the trial, enjoy a discounted subscription for 12 months as a thank you for participating in the beta phase.
