Core Platform Improvements
Enhanced Group Care Management
Group auto-assignment now includes member acceptance workflows, making it easier to distribute care requests among your team while ensuring proper coverage. When care requests are assigned to groups, members receive notifications and can accept assignments directly.
Streamlined Profile Management
New bulk actions allow you to quickly assign campus locations to multiple profiles, create care groups from tag selections, and archive profiles in batches. These improvements save significant time when managing large congregations.
Improved Activity Tracking
The Activity Feed now includes enhanced filters and better visual indicators for visit logs, making it easier to see at a glance which care activities include detailed notes and follow-up information.
New Features
Email-to-Care Request Workflow
Your team can now create care requests directly by emailing {your-church}@carerequest.email.address. This streamlined approach means urgent needs can be entered into CareNote instantly, even when staff are away from their computers.
SMS Command Center
Care team members can now use simple SMS commands to interact with care requests on the go. Text STATUS, REPORT, or COMPLETE followed by your message to update care requests directly from your phone—perfect for pastoral visits and field work.
Daily Prayer Tools
A new Daily Prayer List page provides a comprehensive view of all prayer requests, while the Daily Prayer Digest automatically sends personalized prayer summaries to your team members based on their timezone and preferences.
Care Action Center Dashboard
This new centralized dashboard provides a complete triage pipeline view, helping care coordinators see all pending requests, assignments, and follow-ups in one organized interface.
