Enhanced Team & Volunteer Management

CareNote now supports a dedicated Volunteer role for team members who only need email access. This makes it easier to include volunteers in your care coordination without granting unnecessary system access—perfect for larger churches managing diverse care teams.

Improved Care Request Visibility

We've added a "Just Me" visibility filter that allows care team members to focus on their assigned requests. This helps busy team members stay organized while maintaining awareness of the broader ministry's needs.

The Workflow Library has been simplified to make creating and managing care processes more intuitive. Templates now focus on the essential actions your team needs, reducing confusion and improving workflow adoption.

A powerful new Missing Care Report helps you identify congregation members who haven't received recent care visits or contacts. The report includes direct links to each person's profile, making it easy to assign follow-up care and ensure no one falls through the cracks.

Bulk Email System

CareNote now includes a comprehensive bulk email system with customizable templates for different care scenarios. Whether you're following up on prayer requests, coordinating volunteer schedules, or sending care reminders, you can now communicate with multiple people efficiently while maintaining a personal touch.

Expense Tracking Integration

Care ministries can now track expenses directly within care profiles. This feature helps churches manage care-related costs like gift cards, meal expenses, or emergency assistance funds, providing better financial oversight for your ministry budget.
