CareNote now features a collapsible navigation and responsive design that adapts beautifully to mobile devices. Your care team can now manage care requests, view updates, and coordinate ministry efforts seamlessly from their phones or tablets—perfect for care visits and on-the-go ministry.
Enhanced Activity Feed
The profiles table has been replaced with a responsive activity feed widget that provides a cleaner, more intuitive way to track care activities. This streamlined view helps you quickly see what's happening across your care ministry without overwhelming detail.
Improved Date Handling
All date displays now automatically adjust to your timezone throughout the application. No more confusion about when updates were made or when follow-ups are due—everything displays in your local time for clearer care coordination.
Planning Center Integration
This month brought substantial improvements to our Planning Center integration:
- Enhanced person synchronization with better error handling when profiles aren't found initially
- Improved note formatting from Planning Center to maintain readability in CareNote
- Better webhook handling for more reliable real-time updates
- Fixed synchronization issues that previously caused delays in profile updates
These updates mean more reliable, seamless data flow between your Planning Center database and CareNote care management.
