Core Platform Improvements
Enhanced Care Assignments System
We've completely redesigned how care assignments work in CareNote to give you better control and visibility over who's caring for whom. The new system makes it easier to track ongoing care relationships and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Improved Note Privacy & Visibility
You now have granular control over who can see specific notes within your care requests. This enhancement helps maintain appropriate confidentiality levels while keeping your team informed—perfect for sensitive pastoral care situations.
Better Email Communication
Email notifications now include the sender's email as the reply-to address, making it easier for your team to respond directly to updates. Care request titles also display more clearly in availability emails, helping volunteers quickly understand what they're being asked to help with.
New Features
Self-Service CareNote Import
Churches can now import their CareNote data independently with automatic team and user assignment. This streamlines the onboarding process and gets your care ministry up and running faster with less back-and-forth setup time.
Category Reassignment Tools
A new administrative page helps you easily reassign categories when restructuring your care ministry organization. This feature is especially helpful when consolidating similar care categories or reorganizing your ministry structure.
Enhanced Profile Quick View
Administrative users can now see comprehensive profile details in the quick view, with conditional sections that show relevant information based on the person's involvement in your ministry. This saves time when reviewing care histories or making assignment decisions.
Behind-the-Scenes Improvements
We've made numerous refinements to ensure CareNote runs smoothly:
