Enhanced Care Request Management
Care requests now display provider names more prominently in reports and include status count badges on list view tabs, making it easier to see your team's workload at a glance. You can also persist your preferred sorting when switching between tabs.

Task reassignment is now streamlined with role-based workflows that ensure the right people get notified when care responsibilities change hands. This helps prevent tasks from falling through the cracks during team transitions.
Better User Experience
We've enhanced the user interface with improved print styling for reports and clearer role indicators throughout the system, making it easier for your team to navigate and understand their responsibilities.
Planning Center Online Integration
This month brought substantial improvements to our PCO integration:
- Automated care request creation from PCO form submissions
- Smart notifications with person names and form details
- Comprehensive form management to help you connect your intake process
- Fixed duplicate notifications that previously caused confusion
These updates mean your PCO forms can now automatically trigger care workflows in CareNote, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring no requests are missed.

Care Group Management System
CareNote now includes a complete Care Group Management System that lets you organize volunteers and care providers into specialized teams. This makes it easier to match care needs with the right group of trained volunteers, whether it's meal trains, hospital visits, or grief support.
Pastor On-Call Scheduling
The new Pastor On-Call Schedule Management feature helps larger churches coordinate pastoral coverage. You can now schedule and track which pastors are available for urgent care situations, ensuring someone is always ready to respond.
Daily Beacon Report
Stay connected with your care ministry's daily activity through the new Daily Beacon Report. This automated email summary gives you insights into care request activity, team performance, and emerging patterns in your congregation's needs.
